Policies & Procedures

It is our desire to create an engaging environment for your child. Here are some policies and procedures we have put into place to help ensure your child’s safety and care.

Out of Harm’s Way

Safari Park Haven (Nursery) – You and your child will each be given a corresponding numbered security sticker.  You must present your portion of the tag when you pick up your child – no exceptions.

Safari Park Jungle (ages 3-K) and STAND!– Your child will receive a wristband with a number printed on it.  You will receive a tag with a corresponding number.  Tags must be presented at time of pick-up – no exceptions.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Safari Park Haven – Your child may be dropped off in the nursery 15 minutes prior to the service.  Children should be picked up immediately following the service unless paged beforehand.

Safari Park Jungle and STAND! – Your child may be dropped off at the check-in station 15 minutes prior to the service.  Children should be picked up immediately following the service unless paged beforehand.

Good Health

Children who show signs or symptoms of fever or any other contagious disease will need to stay with a parent and will not allowed to participate in KidZone activities.

Enrollment

It is imperative that a guest registration form be filled out for each family visiting KidZone.  If you choose to enroll your child, an enrollment form must be completed.
