As many of you have heard, Haiti was hit with a devastating earthquake on Tuesday.  A dear friend’s parents run a mission in Northwest Haiti.  She has asked that we pray for the people of Haiti. Over the next several days, there are going to be lots of Haitian funerals.  Please pray for the families and loved ones during this hard time.

Starting this Sunday, we are also going to start collecting food items to be shipped as soon as shipping is allowed again to this country.  There are specific items that they are collecting:  peanut butter, beans, rice and spam or treet. We will be gathering items through the rest of this month.  A table will be placed at the back of the Children’s Worship area designated for these items.  Thank you in advance for your help!!
