We are continuing learning the days of creation. Who made all things? God made all things! We are Day 5 and we learned that God created the birds and the fish. Our memory verse for the month is “God saw all that he had made and it was good.” Genesis 1:31.
STAND! took a break from the study of Abraham today and had a different lesson. Our lesson today came from 1 Samuel 15 & 28, studying Saul and the witch of Endor. The point of this lesson is that you should never rely on a supernatural power other than God’s. This is one of the best Bible stories to make the point that fortune tellers, psychics and horoscopes are not legitimate ways of guiding your life. We learned to not trust any power but God’s!
