Safari Park Jungle

Key Question:

God made good things.

Bible Story Focus:

God made the us (people).  Day 6 of Creation

STAND!

STAND! in the Word (10:10 a.m.)

We are continuing our Superheroes for God series and today we learned that Superheroes do what is right. Our Scripture came from Daniel 3:1-28 and we studied Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.

Big City Studio (11:00 a.m.)

We are in week 11 of the Big God Theory.  We are learning of His marvelous creation and His provision for us.  We learned that while creating our bodies, He also created the nourishment that those bodies would need to grow strong.  We have a challenge to try a new fruit or vegetable by next week. Our Bible story came from Daniel and we learned how the king selected a few boys and gave them a ton of rich food.  Four of them (Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego) stood up and challenged the king to only let them eat veggies and water for 10 days.  After the end of those 10 days, they were healthier and smarter.  They gained favor and ended up working in the palace.  As Creator of our bodies, God knows what makes it work the best.

Knot of the Week:

I will NOT eat junk all of the time.
